eclectic. creative. a little hippie. a good bit crunchy. bohemian heart. wanna be world traveler. theology inspired. culture lover. aspiring herbalist & aromatherapist. real food nutrition nerd. researcher. crafter. sustained by coffee & herbal tea. saved by the grace of God.

that's basically me.

I've been studying Family Herbalism and Aromatherapy via the online school, Vintage Remedies, out of Franklin, Tennessee for the last couple years. When not at my "real" job (as an executive assistant in a local small business), I'm working on my natural health and natural living studies, crafting a new project, or dabbling in creating my own bath products. I try to find time to read the stacks of books on my ever growing bookshelf. I pretend to garden. I also confess to being a bit of a tv junkie and Pinterest addict.

A little bit of fine print about this website:

From time to time, you may see affiliate links when I introduce a book or product to you. Rest assured, you will never be charged more for this product, but I may get a tiny monetary bonus for you following the link. I will always identify when a link is an affiliate link.

Also, please note, I am neither a doctor nor a dietitian. All content written and posted by me is for educational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
